As well as weekly group classes I also conduct Private 1-2-1 tuition which can be more suitable if you have any specific medical conditions are recovering from any kind of injury or are pregnant.
These sessions are also ideal if you find it difficult to commit to regular classes or you prefer to work out on your own.
Private sessions are held in the privacy of your own home and the frequency of sessions may vary depending on your own personal need and desired outcome.
The first private session will always include a lifestyle questionnaire review followed by a postural analysis which will form the basis of the training programme that I devise.
On occasions whare an hour session might not be suitable for the individual I’m always happy to discuss a suitable time and fee – Please contact me and we can discuss your needs.
